We provide 500 words free sample translation before signing the contract.
You only need to make a phone call, we’ll collect and deliver the translation documents.

We’d like to remind that

1. The client is obliged to ensure truthfulness and integrity of the documents. We’ll refer to the original the client provided upon signing the order or contract.

2. The client should have owned or obtained the copyright or translation rights over the documents to be translated. We will only hold the authorship.

3. We will only take responsibility for accuracy of the translation and are not responsible for any content, use or direct or indirect consequence of using the translation.

4. Should the client have any objection to the finished translation, please contact us with 7 days upon receiving the finished translation. The failure or delay to exercise any of its rights shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights.

5. For translation errors made by our translators, we will make revision and supplement accordingly. The amount of any refundment or claim will not be greater than the translation fee.
